The Sullivan House “Southern Hospitality Promise” means ensuring transparency and peace of mind by simplifying the experience for your family and loved one.  Hospitality in a Southern home is marked by a warm smile, gracious heart, and a knack for catering to one’s every need.  With this commitment, we provide top-notch care in a luxurious setting, free from the complexities of traditional pricing models.  It’s our way of prioritizing comfort, quality, and clarity for everyone we serve.

Sullivan House does not accept MediCAID. MediCARE benefits (a separate program) will not be impacted by your stay at Sullivan House.  Sullivan House is a private-pay home that structures costs on your loved one’s individual care needs.  A family may pay using personal funds from retirement, savings, or investments. Additionally, you may use Long-Term Care Insurance.  Where applicable, Sullivan House may suggest that your family investigate VA benefits through a trusted agency.  While Sullivan House does accept VA benefits, these benefits must be in place prior to admission.

  • Sullivan House offers the following concierge services included in pricing, so that you may focus on your loved one, while we assist in the preparation:

    • a brand-new 12” twin mattress upon move-in

    • a brand-new bed pillow upon move-in

    • a wash and fold service prior to move-in day

    • Physician visit options through a “House Call” service set up through Sullivan House

    • In addition, Sullivan House will accommodate any “House Call” doctor of the Resident's choosing​

What is included:

  • Room and Board in a Home-Like Setting

  • Utilities (power, gas, water, trash service, WIFI)

  • 43” Smart TV w/ Remote

  • 3 Nutritious Meals/Day

  • 3 Snacks/Day

  • Weekly Housekeeping services

  • Weekly Laundry services

  • Activities and Social Events

  • Sleep/Shift Checks

  • Monthly Wellness Check

  • 24-hour staff on site

  • Medication Management and Administration provided under supervision of Sullivan House RN

  • Assistance with activities of daily living, such as medications, bathing, grooming, toileting, mobility needs, mealtime and more

Examples of Items that are Not Included:

  • All clothing and shoes

  • Personal items such as: lotion, deodorant, hair supplies, shaving supplies, etc.

  • Any salon service at "The Beauty and Barber Shop"

  • Transportation

  • Platforms for TV viewing, such as Netflix, Hulu, etc.

  • Private Medical Costs and Care

OPTIONAL DESIGNER FURNITURE PACKAGE:
For a nominal monthly cost, Sullivan House offers an optional furniture package, featuring fully furnished rooms including designer furniture and decor. Choose from 3 color/design options.
