Unlike the unpredictable month-to-month costs that many competitors impose, our pricing model provides stability and peace of mind, ensuring your loved one receives the care and support they deserve without surprises.
The Sullivan House “Southern Hospitality Promise” means ensuring transparency and peace of mind by simplifying the experience for your family and loved one. Hospitality in a Southern home is marked by a warm smile, gracious heart, and a knack for catering to one’s every need. With this commitment, we provide top-notch care in a luxurious setting, free from the complexities of traditional pricing models. It’s our way of prioritizing comfort, quality, and clarity for everyone we serve.
Sullivan House does not accept MediCAID. MediCARE benefits (a separate program) will not be impacted by your stay at Sullivan House. Sullivan House is a private-pay home that structures costs on your loved one’s individual care needs. A family may pay using personal funds from retirement, savings, or investments. Additionally, you may use Long-Term Care Insurance. Where applicable, Sullivan House may suggest that your family investigate VA benefits through a trusted agency. While Sullivan House does accept VA benefits, these benefits must be in place prior to admission.

a wash and fold service prior to move-in day

Physician visit options through a “House Call” service set up through Sullivan House

In addition, Sullivan House will accommodate any “House Call” doctor of the Resident's choosing

OPTIONAL DESIGNER FURNITURE PACKAGE:
For a nominal monthly cost, Sullivan House offers an optional furniture package, featuring fully furnished rooms including designer furniture and decor. Choose from 3 color/design options.
